Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Technical understanding of hardware and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Professional Services team.
Oversee successful delivery of hardware and SaaS projects.
Act as escalation point for high-priority issues.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
Establish and track key performance indicators.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
