Field Deployment Engineer, Fleet (Remote)

Axon is seeking a Field Deployment Engineer for their Fleet solutions. This individual will play a vital role in deploying network, hardware, and software solutions, with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

Skills

Advanced computer network implementation expertise.
Basic understanding of 12-volt electronics.
Experience with IP-based Ethernet networks and VPN.
Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon's Fleet solutions.
Identify and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver timely and detailed project deployment reports.
Assist clients with software implementation lifecycles.
Train customer technical and non-technical staff.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant certifications (e.g., A+, Network+).
