Collaborate with the R&D team to design, develop, and test innovative medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to support new product development.

Utilize engineering principles and techniques to develop prototypes and improve existing products.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.

Assist in the creation and execution of project plans to meet project deadlines.

Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.

Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.

Communicate project updates and progress to team members and management.

Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into product development.

Adhere to company and industry regulations and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launch.

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of research, design, and testing processes.
