Axon is seeking an International Commercial Controller to be a strategic business partner to international teams and key stakeholders, providing financial guidance and overseeing accounting processes.

Skills

Strong technical US GAAP knowledge
Experience in manufacturing at multi-national companies
Leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with Salesforce, D365, NetSuite

Responsibilities

Provide financial guidance to international teams
Design and implement internal controls processes
Lead statutory reporting and audits
Mentor and develop a high-performing team
Support M&A integration and operational processes

Education

BS or equivalent in accounting or finance
Chartered Accountant or CPA
