Manager of Transformation & Internal Controls (Remote)

Axon is on a mission to Protect Life. They are seeking a Manager of Transformation and Internal Controls to enhance and optimize the company's internal control environment, governance, and risk management practices.

Skills

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
Comprehensive knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Project management expertise
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes
Familiarity with industry best practices for risk management

Responsibilities

Enhance and optimize internal control environment
Drive process improvements and transformative initiatives
Assist in identification of new policies and processes
Perform data analysis to support projects and audits
Investigate and address control deficiencies
Collaborate with management on process improvement opportunities

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems or related field
