Serve as the main point of contact for Federal Agencies
Conduct Program Reviews and discuss project updates
Develop an understanding of Axon’s product line
Work with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback
Manage Success Planning in Gainsight
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
