Responsibilities
Build pre-sales plans and relationships within prospective customer agencies
Work with demo team partners to create impactful demos
Identify known and latent pain points within agencies
Articulate solutions to address those problems
Assist in preparing documentation for procurement processes
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
Build strategic plans to grow market share and customer satisfaction
Track customer activity to identify additional opportunities
