Responsibilities
Provide excellent technical support for Axon’s RMS and Standards products.
Collaborate with external customers and internal employees.
Document processes and provide feedback for improvements.
Act as a liaison between Axon and the customer for project management.
Fulfill agency configuration requests and troubleshoot issues.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
4+ years of relevant experience in technical roles
