Axonify is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the sales of its frontline enablement SaaS platform to enterprise clients across North America, focusing on managing lead flow, building business cases, and navigating complex decision-making processes.
Responsibilities: Manage the sales pipeline from qualification to close, develop a territory strategy, present Axonify solutions, and collaborate with marketing to grow pipeline while guiding junior team members.
Skills: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and ability to build client relationships in a complex sales environment.
Qualifications: Experience in eLearning products is a plus, along with expertise in business strategies and sales growth management.
Location: This position is based in Canada with a hybrid work model allowing remote work options.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between CAD 80,000 - CAD 150,000.

The Account Executive sells Axonify’s modern Frontline Enablement platform to enterprise level clients, penetrating new markets and establishing new named accounts, all while leveraging Axonify’s sales methodology. Success in this role means effectively managing lead flow (self-generation and inbound), creating a buy vision, articulating a value proposition and navigating the complexities of the decision-making process.
