QA Automation Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled SQF and Quality Assurance Compliance Manager to join our client’s food manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with FDA, SQF, and USDA regulations. As a key leader, you will oversee all aspects of food safety and regulatory compliance, maintaining our reputation as an industry leader in flavors and extracts.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards• Conduct and manage SQF audits and training programs• Monitor and enforce HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs• Investigate and resolve regulatory concerns, implementing corrective actions as necessary• Review and maintain accurate quality assurance documentation• Communicate effectively with team members regarding product quality and compliance issuesQualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Industry or related field• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing and QA programs• Strong knowledge of food safety, microbiology, and processing technology• Certification in GMP, HACCP, or PCQI preferred• SQF Certification required• Excellent decision-making and communication skillsBenefits:• Competitive salary ($50,000 - $75,000 range)• Stable schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (no weekends or overtime)• Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment• Impactful role with direct influence on product quality and safetyHow to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to email their resume to Ben at ben.eytan@gogpac.com.
