Client Services Specialist II (Theaters and Res)

AXS is looking for a Ticketing/ Client Services Specialist for the Theaters and Residences Division. This role involves providing front-line service and support for clients at box offices nationwide.

Skills

Live event ticketing and event programming experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of each client/venue and its unique challenges
Respond to support and service requests from clients/venues
Facilitate the sharing of best practices
Track and report client interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues
Assist with event and promotion configuration

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
