Sr. Business Development Manager

AXS is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Sr. Business Development Manager in Los Angeles, CA to support the Sales team, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth in the live entertainment industry.

Skills

Strong business development and ticketing/live entertainment experience
Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and negotiate solutions
Proven understanding of sales cycles and organizational needs
Passion for the live event industry
Effective communication with various teams and levels
Proactive, flexible, adaptable, and analytical mindset
Strong knowledge of business software tools and marketing technology

Responsibilities

Build and grow a client pipeline within the music vertical
Develop growth strategies and opportunities through lead generation and relationship building
Handle financial proposals and contract negotiations for new partners
Support Business Development leadership team with ad-hoc tasks
Cultivate relationships with potential partners and coordinate meetings
Evolve company sales tools and contracts for the marketplace

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
