We're in a hyper growth mode, and the Vice President of Talent Acquisition will develop and deploy innovative, bespoke recruiting strategies to secure talented, passionate and high-performing individuals for the organization. We're seeking an experienced, creative leader with a proven track record of attracting top candidates to meet business goals. You'll have a strong and influential company-wide presence, partnering with senior leaders to identify and secure talent to align with Aya's strategic goals and objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to secure top talent in a rapid growth environment across the U.S. Partner with senior leadership to identify and fill critical talent gaps. Deliver against ambitious hiring goals across multiple teams and managers. Build out and oversee the talent acquisition team in sourcing, recruitment and applicant tracking tools across several brands in the Aya Healthcare portfolio. Analyze and optimize best practices for candidates and hiring managers. Develop recruiting dashboards, reporting and metrics. Maintain and enrich Aya's excellent reputation with the hiring and onboarding experience. RequiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree. Preferably 8-10 years in talent acquisition and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Strong business acumen and ability to align the talent acquisition strategy with company objectives. Previous experience leading an applicant tracking system implementation across all segments of the organization (hiring managers, talent acquisition team, marketing, etc.). Proven success working in a fast-paced environment that required a high sense of urgency. Experience working with large organizations during rapid growth and change, a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with candidates as well as your colleagues across the organization. Strong organization and project management skills. Ability to effectively lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong understanding of current trends in talent acquisition and demonstrated success in developing bespoke solutions to navigate challenging markets.Salary Range:$100K -- $150KMinimum QualificationHR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
