• DEIB Group: Our 450 member (and rapidly growing) DEIB Group builds community through reflection, education and peer support. By learning from lived experiences, group members spark positive change in their personal lives, make suggestions for improvements to company culture and advocate support for community organizations. The group connects people to a deeper understanding of others and helps members discover unique ways of contributing to a more inclusive community. 
   
• Learning: By providing ongoing education and connection programs, we actively engage with employees and platforms that amplify diverse voices. Some of the training programs offered to Aya employees and leaders include the UC San Diego Equity Exchange, Unconscious Bias Training, Ken Blanchard’s Courageous Inclusion and ongoing internal trainings created by our Learning & Development team. 
   
• Community Partnership: We’re proud to be the inaugural Presenting Sponsor for UC San Diego’s Epstein Family Center. This community hub for the arts hosts diverse acts, such as Indigenous dance companies, Latinx hip-hop/rock bands, the San Diego Black Artists Collective and more. Through this partnership, Aya and UCSD will share educational DEI programming with UCSD students and the entire San Diego community.
