Azure Cloud Engineer

The Opportunity

The cloud infrastructure team is responsible for a large set and range of services and operations that run on the AWS and Azure clouds. The knowledge and experience needed for maintaining this infrastructure are expansive and deep. The company is hyper growing and we are working on AWS and Azure multi-cloud environments.

We are looking for a critical member of the Cloud Infrastructure team - Azure. The new member would make significant contributions to the success of the team.

Who you are

• Passionate about cloud and its operations
• Passionate about providing cloud environments to other engineers and to production
• Passionate or interested about cloud security operations

What you'll do

• Define and deliver the Infrastructure as Code for Abnormal
• Operate Abnormal Azure cloud infrastructure
• Execute operations to improve the security postures

Experience you'll need

• Must have: experiences with Azure

• Must have one of following:

• Experiences in Infrastructure as Code, such as

• Terraform, Terragrunt, Kubernetes, container registry

• Experiences in production deployment, monitoring, and alerting, such as

• PagerDuty, Sentry, Chronosphere, Prometheus, Slack notification and integration, incident management, infrastructure cost tracking

• Experiences in security operations, such as
• IAM, Okta, compliance implementation, security threat review and prioritization, certificates and secret management
• Nice to have
• Experiences in Airflow, Celery
• Experiences in networking, such as VPC/DNS/VPN
• Experiences in capacity planning, performance monitoring, change management
