People Operations Coordinator
Babel Street is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support and optimize HR operations and processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems is beneficial
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
