The Director of Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving our talent acquisition efforts. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of healthcare staffing needs and the ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions.

Competitive starting salary based on experience: $125,000 annually.

Fully remote position with flexibility to work from San Diego, California or Phoenix, Arizona.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the healthcare industry and aligned with the organization's goals.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high standards of recruitment practices.
• Talent Sourcing: Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals across various specialties.
• Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to position [Healthcare Organization Name] as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with healthcare regulations and employment laws.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Director or in similar role, managing a team of recruiters, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
