Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Babylist is looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager to optimize sales operations, support revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across the media sales team.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations within a high-growth media company
  • Deep experience in the ad industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in manipulating large data sets in Excel
  • Experience with OMS systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously & collaboratively
  • Experience as a Program Manager
  • Market research and trend analysis skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end sales operations processes
  • Lead internal sales reviews and identify product optimizations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of sales and account management teams
  • Develop dashboards and operational metrics
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics
  • Ensure accurate reporting and develop pricing strategies
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights
  • Create comprehensive documentation of sales processes
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Develop detailed training materials for sales team

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
