Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION INFORMATIONJob Description :BAE Systems is looking for a Field Service Representative to operate, troubleshoot and repair combat vehicles and perform modification work on Bradley vehicles and Bradley derivatives. In this role, you will be performing the MWO installs, assisting & providing guidance to the sub-contractors installing the MWO’s and assuring a quality product is being delivered to the customer. You will also be seen as one of the senior installers on the mod team presenting a positive image of yourself and company’s products and services.Required Education, Experience, & Skills :• High School Diploma and additional 5 years’ experience in the mechanical / electrical / electronic field of line of business products or other relevant military products.• Knowledge of military maintenance systems (basic levels of repairs.)• Basic knowledge of appropriate technical manuals.• Must be able to learn, interpret, and use different types of engineering drawings and schematics.• Basic understanding of system troubleshooting techniques.• Understanding of MWO’S, Modified Work Orders.• List required education level.• List certifications.• List minimum clearance level, if required.• List required experience that candidates will be evaluated against.• List required skills (including any soft skills, like ability to work on a team).• Behaviors/competencies that make a candidate successful• Note: Limit to as few bullets as are absolutely necessary.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :• Must possess basic computer skills• Must possess the ability to read schematics and drawings• Must have experience with Bradley and Bradley derivative modifications• A minimum of 5 years facility maintenance experience• Must have strong communication and good interpersonal skills• Must be physically capable of performing essential functions of the position• Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and to climb stairs and ladders• Must be able to carry personal tool bag weighing anywhere from 20-30 lbs.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $51390 - $82260Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
