Job Description The F35 Solutions team delivers best in class electronic warfare solutions to ensure mission capability for the warfighter. We welcome candidates who have big ideas, crave innovation, and have the passion to Protect Those Who Protect Us.This F35 Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is responsible for leading a diverse team of Supply Chain Planners and Material Planning Coordinators, across multiple shifts, supporting the complex and dynamic Microwave factories in Nashua, NH. The SCM will lead, develop, and implement supply chain strategies within the function and across the enterprise to drive program and business success.The SCM provides the support and leadership required to assist the team in meeting performance objectives, inclusive of quality, cost, and schedule.They will develop and foster strong, collaborative relationships with Program Management, Procurement, Subcontracts, Logistics, Manufacturing and Quality. The SCM is the escalation point of contact between the Supply Chain team and its functional partners. They are ultimately responsible for program execution while ensuring compliance with BAE Systems policies and procedures.As a people manager, the SCM will lead training initiatives, maintain Individual Development Plans, and support career growth for their team. They will also champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Employee Safety initiatives as part of BAE Systems Core Values of Trusted, Innovative and Bold.Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotelyRequired Education, Experience, & Skills• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of Supply Chain experience• Understanding the role of the supply chain in a complex and dynamic industry.• Proven leadership experience:• Ability to manage and motivate personnel.• Excellent verbal and written communication• Exemplary organizational skills• Strategic/Critical Thinking• Data driven decision making.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes• Ability to create and deliver program presentations to internal and external Customers.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills• APICS Certification or equivalent• Active Security Clearance• Knowledge of MMAS Regulations• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certification.• Significant ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other)• Root Cause/Corrective Action Skills• Experience in a complex, multifaceted manufacturing environment• Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulationsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
