As you can imagine, having an efficient and effective Supply Chain is critical to delivering cost effective and quality products to our customers. To support our Supply Chain, we need to establish firm, fixed long term pricing agreements with numerous suppliers. These agreements include terms and conditions, which typically require negotiation and regular updates.As a Senior Supply Chain Contracts Specialist, with support from Procurement Compliance and Legal, you will be responsible for the negotiation of Proprietary Information Agreements and Terms and Conditions in support of Long Term Supply Agreements and General Purchase Orders that supports the wider Procurement community. You will be responsible for interacting with different functions in order to collect, organize, track, and obtain approvals.Required Education, Experience, & Skills• BS or BA in Business/Contract Administration or relevant field + 4yrs of experience with NDAs/PIAs and government and/or commercial contracts, or Associate's degree and 6 years of experience with NDA/PIAs and government and/or commercial contracts.• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR & EAR requirements.• Superior organization skills.• Highly motivated with ability to work independently.• Sound interpersonal skills; ability to interface, coordinate and influence all levels of internal and external customers.• Sound ethical judgement when interpreting policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.• Process improvement mindset.• Microsoft 365 Office knowledge (Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills• JD (Juris Doctor)• Experience in Supply Chain• Knowledge of Distribution Logistics• Knowledge Blanket Ordering Agreements/Long Term Supply AgreementsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $64440 - $109530Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
