Baker Hiring Event

Assisting pastry cooks and bakers in preparing and baking of dough for breads, pies and pastry products

Placing requisitioned inventory items in appropriate storage areas

Preparing various mixtures and fillings per standard recipes for icings, pies, creams and custards

Maintaining clean and sanitary work station according to ServSafe and Hollywood Casino standards

Assisting in setting up dessert displays for restaurant and banquets per production sheets

Reporting any product deficiencies or spoilage to supervisor immediately

Performing other duties as assigned by Executive Pastry Chef

Answering routine questions from co-workers

Interacting with others when necessary to achieve desired outcomes

How to attend:

When you enter from Miami Street, take a right and drive around the building until you pass the loading dock area. To your immediate left there will be a large outdoor parking lot. Park and walk to where the building meets the parking garage structure. There is a door labeled "Team Member Entrance". Enter there and press the buzzer to the left of the second set of doors. Let the Security Dispatcher know you are here for the HR hiring event and they will direct you from there.
