Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the growth strategy for the SDR organization.
  • Champion BambooHR's vision and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize productivity.
  • Take ownership of segment and strategic plans.
  • Lead, develop, and manage Sales Managers in the SMB market.
  • Design and implement sales forecasting with Finance.
  • Build and scale a stellar sales team.
  • Mentor Sales Managers to replicate successful behaviors.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
