Responsibilities

Shape and execute the growth strategy for the SDR organization.
Champion BambooHR's vision and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with global teams to optimize productivity.
Take ownership of segment and strategic plans.
Lead, develop, and manage Sales Managers in the SMB market.
Design and implement sales forecasting with Finance.
Build and scale a stellar sales team.
Mentor Sales Managers to replicate successful behaviors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
