Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sr. User Experience Designer and Web Optimization Manager to bring our website to life.
- Ensure every pixel of our website delights and dazzles users.
- Craft user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are as intuitive as they are eye-catching.
- Design stunning UI elements that adhere to our brand's aesthetic.
- Seek feedback, iterate, and refine your designs to perfection.
- Work closely with our development teams to ensure flawless execution.

- As a Visual Designer at BambooHR, you're not just an artist; you're a strategic thinker with a knack for turning ideas into reality. We're looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of creating websites that users love, from concept to launch.
- Masters Figma like a pro.
- Excels in visual and interaction design, with a keen eye for mobile-centric patterns.
- Can juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and values feedback as a tool for growth.
- Has at least 3 years of experience designing responsive websites.
- Showcases a portfolio bursting with creativity and innovation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
