Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging career in an innovative and fast-growing industry? Then this sales position within the food service industry is really something for you! As an Account Manager at B&S you play an essential role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our most important customers. You are responsible for managing existing accounts, expanding our customer portfolio, and ensuring smooth order processing in collaboration with the defective department.

About the role:

In this dynamic role you actively contribute to the growth of our customer base and work closely with your commercial colleagues to offer a suitable range and excellent service to our international customers. The customers are mainly wholesalers in the food industry, with a focus on Latin American customers who speak Spanish, and you work in the export department. Thanks to your strong commercial skills, you know how to create clear expectations and strive for maximum customer satisfaction. You are responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer portfolio.
  • Efficiently process incoming orders and ensure accurate handling in collaboration with the logistics department.
  • Following trends and developments within the market and responding to them to achieve commercial goals.
  • Close consultation with both the sales and purchasing departments to determine an optimal range and offer.

Qualifications

This is you:

You have a results-oriented mentality and get energy from achieving commercial successes. You are easy to chat and with your strong organizational skills you know how to set priorities and work efficiently under pressure. In addition, you are critical of processes and always strive for improvement and optimization.

You:

  • Have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales within an international B2B environment.
  • A completed HBO education in a commercial direction.
  • An excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Are fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Have experience in FMCG.
