Responsibilities

Provide oversight and support to internal stakeholders and customers
Serve as a primary point of contact for compliance regulation
Resolve problems and escalations within messaging vendor relationships
Create and maintain internal processes for team improvements
Stay updated on industry standards and trends
Present team activity reports to leadership

Education

Bachelor’s degree
