Join us!Job Description:The Global Third Party Program (GTPP) organization oversees execution of Bank of America’s Global Third Party Program requirements and is responsible for enterprise procurement, sourcing, third party management, and for ensuring effective third party risk management across the enterprise. The Third Party Technology, Data, and Reporting team, under the direction of the Technology, Data & Reporting Executive, will be responsible for:• Driving & managing the planning and execution of GTPP’s data and reporting visualization and building frame work to measure Third Party Data Risk Exposure• Drive the tools and reporting required to enable the transformation of Third Party Program from an enabling function to a control function• Develop, maintain, and execute on an overall integrated data and reporting strategy• Influence the technology roadmap, secure funding, define MVP and be responsible for delivering transformative capabilities on time.• Ensuring consistent quality of activities, efficient processes and outputs by establishing effective review practices across teams.The role will provide transformation leadership and radical redesign/operational excellence thinking to the Global Third Party technology, data and reporting capabilities to drive simplification of the GTPP processes including significant reduction in the overall reporting inventory. This role will work with Third Party SLT and senior FLU stakeholders to influence the reporting transformation and drive outcomes. This role will also act as the entry point for all new and change requirements, ensure that the reporting/product design is optimal for both ongoing Third Party change, data, and reporting needs and also changing requirements from MRAs and transformation.This role will lead developers to drive the target state work that includes taking complex/high volume data and translate into visual representations that help facilitate better decision making, risk management, trend analysis and overall Third Party risk reduction for the company. This role will be working in with very senior audience and will have an opportunity to make truly impactful presentations and insights that will drive GTPP strategic direction. This role will have an exciting opportunity to work with industry leading tools and platforms (Tableau, Composite, Alteryx, MicroStrategy and Power BI).Responsibilities:• Scope, organize and execute the work, ensuring best in class reporting solutions and tools are deployed• Partner with the frontline units and control functions to identify, source, and validate needed data• Manage working teams and ensure project deliverables are created throughout scope, assess, design and recommend phases of work and ensure the work is of the highest quality• Being an enterprise thought leader who can proactively drive change and innovation with strong executive presence and presentation skills• Drive rapid data acquisition of disparate data sets required for Third Party Health measurement, and produce crisp and efficient data visualizations for MTM and senior leaders• Providing leadership to GTPP reporting team to implement the transformative changes and rapidly build the needed reports to help facilitate better decision making, risk management, trend analysis and overall Third Party risk reduction for the company• Execution of critical business controls, metrics and monitoring; early identification and escalation of risk or breaches; identification and on-time execution of GSEP owned issues• Participate in audits or exams as necessary related to programs owned across GSEP• Identify and promote improvements and simplification in how work is executed• Manages multiple priorities in a matrixed environment with attention to detail and accuracy• Communicates with compelling purpose and vision, influence senior level stakeholders to implement the vision and drive the outcomes.Skills:• Analytical Thinking• Business Acumen• Innovative Thinking• Strategic Thinking• Critical Thinking• Influence• Stakeholder Management• Talent Development• Business Analytics• Business Intelligence• Continuous Improvement• Decision Making• Executive Presence• Data Visualization• Regulatory Compliance• Risk Management• PrioritizationRequired Qualifications:• 10+ years of experience in financial services industry• Critical thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders across GTPP and partners to challenge the status quo, implement transformative changes and drive outcomes• Strong analytical and organizational skills; focus on attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong horizontal leadership skills across peers; an individual who can indirectly and inspire a strong sense of camaraderie, accountability and motivate continuous improvements to performance. Able to attract, retain and develop top talent, strong peer coach• Effectively packages and communicates complex content and information for management and Board of Directors• Proven leadership experience driving transformative change with strong track record of successful results in implementing reporting strategies• Strong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insights.Desired Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science or other related area• Previous experience driving the execution of projects involving technical topics (technology platforms, reporting and analytics)• Experience / knowledge of Third Party Program a plusShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
