Join us!Job Description:Manages diverse administrative functions, usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication; may consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products; working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices; may have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.Responsibilities:• Govern and manage Enterprise Credit procedures for select Lines of Business• Partner with key contacts within the organization to develop new procedures as needed• Help facilitate monthly Procedure Council meetings• Partner with Enterprise Credit Risk on Credit Policy and other initiatives• Support Portfolio Underwriting Variance (PUV) Framework• Participate in various Enterprise Credit COO initiatives as needed• Represent organization on various forums and meetingsSkills:• Problem Solving• Project Management• Excellent Communication• Leadership• Analytical Thinking• Decision Making• Governance Processes• Process Improvement• Business ContinuityRequired Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience in business support, credit, or risk management roles• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)• Ability to build relationships across multiple business and/or business partners• Effective verbal and written communication skill• Excellent time management skills with ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities• Critical thinking skills• Attention to detail• Strong team player, proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environmentDesired Qualifications:• Experience in credit underwriting (either directly or in support role)• Self-starter with ability to work independently• Strong presentation skills• Ability to effectively communicate across multiple organizational levels and functions• Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experienceShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
