Defines the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model to ensure there is alignment. Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain. With some guidance, creates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems. Creates and prioritizes work for one team. Learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams. With some guidance, creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog. Refines stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints. Reviews and accepts stories and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements. We design for enterprise scale and resilience to ensure products can be adopted across Lines of Business.As part of this team, you will have a large impact on the evolution of the next generation of Cloud services for Bank of America and explore an extensive list of new technologies that will drive delivery across our company.We are looking to hire an experienced Cloud Product Owner focused on Customer Experience and User Experience. This role will facilitate, develop, and complete user journeys and product design deliverables for the Enterprise Cloud Platforms organization. This role will work closely with technology stakeholders and requires the ability to understand business requirements and document processes and tasks required to use the products in development.Job Summary:• Reporting to the product management office• Works with other technical product managers through requirements gathering, product design, and defining user experience requirements and friction points• Aligns to the product strategy and vision for product development• Consulting with clients to understand their goals• Conducting usability testing• Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows• Works across Global Technology engineers to gather customer requirements and identify the integration dependencies to operationalize product adoption• Define requirements for product development that represent technical delivery, controls enablement, and operational maturity• Maintain the service and capability documentation, roadmaps, and growth targetsRequired Qualifications:• 5+ years’ experience as a technical product manager or customer experience lead• Demonstrates understanding of modern or cloud technologies• Experience working with cloud services providers (CSPs)• Competency in implementing technology operating models for financial services technology• Experience in agile development and tooling• Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholdersShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
