Join us!• *Job Description:**This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.• *LOB Job Description:**This role will support Emerging Risk Fraud Strategies primarily in Digital products; Zelle/Wires/BillPay. Responsible for creating fraud strategies and ensuring proper risk controls are deployed adhering to best practices. Team member will provide recommendations on mitigation efforts, ensuring monitors are in place, self-create initiatives as needed. Conducting defect reviews of 3rd party fraud loss cases to identify any gaps in Fraud strategy and/or procedural adjustments. Strategy performance tracking and rule optimization on recurring basis. Team member will also be responsible for developing and validating fraud varaibles utlized in strategies. Role also include project management where candidate would be responsible for providing fraud requirements, testing, and development of strategies. The projects includes network mandates, Product team support, and internal projects. SAS/SQL technical skills required.
