Join us!Job Description:The Client Services and Credit Assistance (CS&CA) Resource Planning Analytics Manager leads a team of business analysts responsible for partnering with Capacity Planning, Loss Forecasting, Workforce Management, Initiative Execution, and the Operations Leaders to ensure appropriate resource levels are maintained across the entire organization. This is accomplished through complex analysis aimed at validating capacity planning results, developing and managing reporting and tools, identifying opportunities to improve forecasting process, implementing automation capabilities, and managing the data environment. Responsibilities further include understanding and monitoring volume drivers, forecasting variables, and data trends. This leader will be responsible for managing data platforms and analytics across all Consumer products (Consumer and Small Business Card, Consumer Vehicle Lending, Home Loans, Deposits, etc.).The role requires strong time management and prioritization skills with an eye for accuracy to ensure the correct amount of oversight, routines, and validation steps are in place to ensure analysis and automation produces accurate and repeatable results. The position requires interaction with all areas of CS&CA and all levels of leadership to support the development and socialization of process improvement recommendations as well as visionary leadership to adapt to a changing environment or improve on existing processes. This leader should encourage analysts to operate from a sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and tenacity to drive advanced solutions to challenges faced in the Resource Planning organization. Duties include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, communication, and influencing techniques to build consensus among senior leadership to drive change.Managerial Responsibilities:This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.
