Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and financial solutions to complex clients and prospects, driving business growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:• Manage a portfolio of complex clients and prospects, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs and drive business growth.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial and business goals, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.• Lead and facilitate dialogue with clients and prospects, providing expert advice on financial and business matters, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.• Coach and mentor peers, utilizing leadership skills to drive business growth and profitability.• Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends, adapting sales practices and strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients and prospects.Requirements:• Minimum 10 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, driving business growth, and increasing revenue and profitability.• Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen, with experience in financial modeling and credit analysis.• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate and close complex financial transactions.• Leadership ability, with experience in coaching and mentoring peers.• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses (must obtain within 180 days of start date).What We Offer:At Bank of America, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a comprehensive health and wellness program, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Equal Employment Opportunity:Bank of America is an equal employment opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
