Join us!Job DescriptionThis job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings.The Campus Executive Referral Talent Acquisition Consultant I role sits on the Executive Referral Team and provides a white glove candidate experience for executive referrals. The role focuses on leveraging the power of executive referrals and ensuring a quality candidate experience, from screening referrals, socializing referrals across the enterprise with our TA partners and leaders, and building and influencing relationships across TA. This role provides exposure to senior TA, HR and LOB leaders and the ability to influence the brand of TA within the organization and build goodwill. Our business partners include TA partners (Consultants, Managers and Executives), HR Executives and Partners. Key priorities include tracking and reporting for executive referral communication and process and achieving a white glove candidate experience. Talent Acquisition Consultants in this role will provide one-on-one interaction with referrals, offering direct consultation to assist with navigating our careers site and hiring process.Responsibilities• Drive campus executive referral process, manage it end-to-end• Contact, manage and stay connected with executive referrals on regular intervals, update reporting in Oleeo weekly• Create and maintain an informed, consultative based approach with both referrals and Talent Acquisition partners• Engage and manage executive referrals through the campus program processes• Communicate and collaborate with Recruiters, TA leaders and executives to manage this while glove process• Develop influential partnerships with internal recruiting partners• Adhere, guide and educate business leaders and partners on Talent Acquisition process and applicable lawsRequired Qualifications• 2 years of professional level HR experiences (i.e. Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Support)• Strong understanding of current competitive talent landscape• Experience with MS Excel and executive level reporting• Proven ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, client service orientation, leadership• Strong candidate/referral and/or client management experience with solid credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services• Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization/time management skills, self-directed/result-oriented• Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables• Strong communication (both written and oral) skills, executive level communication skills• Must maintain and exude strong sense of urgency and integrityDesired Qualifications• BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experienceSkills:• Active• Listening• Candidate Screening• Hiring and Onboarding• Recruiting• Workforce Diversity Management• Adaptability• Attention to Detail• Executive Presence• Relationship Building• Workforce Planning• Business Process Analysis• Confronting Bias• Data Collection and Entry• Emotional Intelligence• PrioritizationShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
