Solutions Analyst Leader - Digital Payments
Leads the analysis and solution design for digital payment products and services within the Retail Transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with customer needs, strategic goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements related to digital payments.
- Collaborate with product, IT, and vendor teams to implement and enhance digital payment services.
- Evaluate new technologies and trends in the digital payments space.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Support project delivery from initiation through post-implementation review.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital payments or related banking/fintech roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with APIs, payment gateways, and compliance matters is a plus.
