Sales Lead (Client Success)
VersaBadge is looking for a dynamic Sales Lead (Client Success) to drive sales and marketing initiatives for assigned territories and product lines, primarily focusing on new, adjacent markets such as post-acute care settings.
Skills
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Healthcare technology experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the identification/access control industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute revenue-centric sales and marketing strategies tailored for post-acute care settings
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to inform strategic decision-making
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
