Account Executive - Sales

Our flagship product, RedNMX, offers a comprehensive suite of fire department management tools, including dispatching, call reporting, personnel management, inventory management, and mobile tracking.Reports To: Director of SalesLocation: Hybrid – Philadelphia, PARole Description• Product knowledge is paramount. Develop a deep understanding of Alpine’s software and how it serves our customers.• Identify quality prospects within an assigned territory through emails, meetings and phone calls.• Manage and build a sales pipeline• Support discovery with assigned agencies on their needs for end-to-end software solutions.• Maintain current understanding of public safety industry including software ecosystem, trends, performance indicators, competitive landscape, and business practices.• Comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for the role.Qualifications• 3-5+ years of quota carrying sales experience, ideally within the public sector or a SaaS organization Public Safety software experience (preferably in Fire or Emergency Management).• Strong organization & communication skills with both customers and internal teams.• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a fast-paced start-up team environment with a positive attitude.• Precise attention to detail in written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota goals.• A strategic mind, someone who comes up with innovative ideas and then effectively executes said ideas to boost efficiency.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at Banyan: Banyan affirms that inequality is detrimental to our Teams, associates, our Operating Companies, and the communities we serve.
