When it comes to caring for people, we're all in.Description:In collaboration with the Research Nurse and the Clinical Research Coordinator, the Pharmacokinetic Technician (PKTech) transports, receives, processes, stores and ships biospecimens as per Clinical Trial or Research project requirements. He/She coordinates upcoming patient encounters with representatives of the Clinical Trial Office or research project leads,and prepares the Research Lab kits required for the biospecimen collection. The PKTech captures data associated with biospecimen management on paper and on the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) in compliance with regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practices. He/She must troubleshoot issues and work in a collaborative manner. The PKTech is responsible of performing maintenance of laboratory equipment and supply inventory and significantly contribute to the teamwork. Estimated pay range for this position is $15.02 - $19.53 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees: Associate degreeLicenses & Certifications: Basic Life SupportAdditional Qualifications: Phlebotomy Certificate preferredMinimum Required Experience: 1EOE
