Job Title: Barista at Kung Fu Tea

Job Type: Part-time or full-time, All Shifts Available, Full-time preferred.

Location: Salem, NH @ The Mall at Rockingham Park

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour plus tips

Job Summary:

Kung Fu Tea is a leading boba tea franchise that is looking for skilled and passionate Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality boba tea drinks to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve boba tea drinks according to Kung Fu Tea's standards and recipes
• Take customer orders, process payments and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning equipment and preparing ingredients
• Follow food safety procedures and regulations
• Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of boba tea and beverage-making techniques is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be at least 16 years old
