Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Fuel Compliance Analyst will include: • Fuels Compliance Analyst • Location: Houston, TX • Pay Range: $60-62 per hour W2 employee of Bartech Staffing • Starts out as 6 month contract assignment • Administration of environmental fuel credit transactions, including processing transactions, reconciliation, analysis, and validation of data • Frequent interaction with various front office and back-office team members and third parties • Fuel transaction reconciliation, data entry, internal reporting • Participation in projects as needed to identify and implement business process improvement opportunities Job Requirements • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree • 3-5 years of related experience • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Demonstrated attention to detail Proven commitment to accuracy and timeliness • Proven commitment to accuracy and timeliness • Preferred: • Technical aptitude to learn quickly and become self-sufficient • Knowledge of Commercial trading and operations businesses • Knowledge of LCFS credits, RIN credits, and/or fuel blending activity a plus • Proven ability to master back-office systems • Strong sense of teamwork • Ability to work independently across multiple areas with a high level of self-initiative and drive • Experience with clean products commercial operations Benefits As a Fuel Compliance Analyst with Bartech Staffing, you will be working through an established and respected staffing organization with over 40 years of serving as a trusted partner to our client companies.
