Credit Risk Manager
Baubap is a fast-growing Mexican fintech startup on a mission to provide financial freedom through technology. They are looking for a Team Lead of Credit Risk to ensure the safety and soundness of their loan portfolio.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills using Python or MySQL
- Inspiring leadership style
Responsibilities
- Supervise and analyze loan non-payment rates
- Evaluate credit risks and implement preventive actions
- Conduct stress tests on the credit portfolio
- Utilize models to project future default rates
- Evaluate strategic and market risks
- Identify and mitigate reputational risks
- Analyze consumer sentiment and track behaviors
- Implement effective risk mitigation strategies
Education
- Consumer Loan Portfolio management experience
