This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives where your purpose accelerates our mission.Your role at BaxterThe Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the US Sales and Marketing teams with sales analytics / dashboards that will assist with targeting / sales team alignment with customer trends and initiatives, backorder / allocation management, demand / supply planning, new product launches, pipeline management, Customer Service improvement initiatives, management of external data sets to assist sales team account planning / strategy, promotional materials / samples management and KPI dashboard reporting.The Senior Analyst will work closely with US ICS Field Sales / Management and Marketing teams as well as Baxter’s functional partners in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.What you'll be doing• Establishing customer level allocations for products with constrained inventory positions• Backorder, cancelled order, auto-sub reporting and analysis• Field communications regarding backorder / inventory supply status and associated communication coordination with Baxter Center For Service (CFS)• Resolving customer ordering issues (kit codes, stuck orders, other issues) and providing the Field with updates regarding status and resolution• New product launch support• Supporting the Manager, Marketing Operations with Global monthly / quarterly demand plan forecasting and analysis• Supporting the US Marketing teams with KPI dashboard updates and inventory supply forecasting• Owning promotional materials inventory management, reporting and replenishment activities in collaboration with the US Marketing Managers• Ad hoc analysis for Field Sales and Marketing teams as requiredWhat you'll bring• Strong results orientation, problem solving and analytical skills.• Excellent customer service and communication skills.• Bachelor's degree required• Minimum of 3+ years relevant work experience• Technical intermediate experience with Excel, Tableau, Salesforce.com strongly preferred.• Ability to work with large sets of data high proficiency with all Microsoft products a must.• Healthcare / pharma industry experience is a benefit.Last updated : 2024-09-19
