We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant to assist our CEO with a focus on these key areas: Business development and project management, administrative functions and client coordination. As needed, the role will support our broader senior leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing project tasks, business development activities, and key client relationships on behalf of the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to drive initiatives forward, including preparing proposals, drafting slide decks, and coordinating follow-ups. With a CEO who values precision and exceptional client service, this role demands someone who is adaptable, communicative, and attentive to the finest details.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with and support prominent public figures, including high-level government leaders, making it ideal for someone interested in engaging with individuals in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. Industry experience working with political campaigns or high-profile figures is preferable but not required.

BCom is dedicated to ensuring pay equity across our team. For this role, we anticipate a base salary range of $56,000 to $70,000. Total compensation also includes other important elements, such as an annual discretionary bonus, commissions for new business, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base salary will depend on various factors, including individual skills, experience level, and location.
This position can be remote or based in our Lincoln, NE headquarters. This position will require regular travel nationwide with particular emphasis on Washington, D.C. and our company headquarters.
