Responsibilities
Become the subject matter expert for Surgery on BD copy approval policies, process, systems (PromoMats) and procedures
Responsible for training new Surgery associates on owner/coordinator role, continuing to educate all surgery associates on new system enhancements, changes
Partner with central regulatory affairs to represent Surgery in all meetings and discussions
Assist Marketing colleagues to regularly audit content and assets in PromoMats, Showpad, SigConnect, and BD.com
Responsible for managing and facilitating regular Promotion Review Committee (PRC) meetings
Schedule and manage weekly/bi-weekly/monthly PRC meetings
Manage priority lists and issue to appropriate teams
Maintain review/approver assignment list, working with the Medical, Legal and Regulatory leaders
Responsible for generating expiration lists of all AdProm by pulling regular expiration reports from PromoMats and working with the Marketing teams to review on a regular basis; assist with prioritization and creation of plans for renewals
Act as Business Unit Administrator (BUA) for sales enablement platform (Showpad), managing content, partnering with the BD US Region and Showpad practice group to implement improvements and elevate the customer and sales associates experience
Responsible for managing the relationship with our fulfillment vendor (SigConnect) by regularly auditing and updating available content, monitoring the ordering portal, inventory levels, and creating compliance reports for ethics and compliance team.
Manage registration, payments and tracking for local/regional tradeshows by monitoring group email, communicating with sales, ethics and compliance office, the strategic events team and marketing teams
Process payments, allocation of expenses, expense reports
Special projects upon requested
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to work as a strong team contributor
Some travel may be required, mostly to Rhode Island and New Jersey
Outstanding organizational capabilities; attention to details
Strong desire to learn new skills, solve problems
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work under pressure
