To Apply for this Job Click HerePOSITION: PAYROLL SPECIALISTLOCATION: CHAGRIN FALLS (HYBRID)We are seeking a top notch Payroll and HRIS Specialist to join a well established company located in Chagrin Falls. This is a hybrid role of 3 days in-office and 2 remote. The Payroll and HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing payroll processing and the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains employee records, and provides data analysis to support HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Payroll Management:• Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payrolls accurately and on time.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.• Manage payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax withholdings.• Handle payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and provide resolutions.• Prepare and file payroll-related reports, including tax filings and year-end reports (W-2, 1099, etc.).• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.• HRIS Administration:• Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.• Input, update, and audit employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes.• Generate reports from the HRIS for HR metrics, compliance, and management analysis.• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system updates, upgrades, and enhancements.• Train HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities and troubleshoot system issues.• Compliance and Reporting:• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.• Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.• Support audits by providing payroll and HRIS data as needed.• Prepare and analyze HR and payroll reports for management.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS administration.• Experience with [specific HRIS software] and [payroll software] is highly desirable.• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Why Join Us:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic HR team.• Professional development and growth opportunities.• 401k with company match• Educational Assistance Reimbursement ProgramApply now for consideration or to learn more about the role!F1388351CLE_1723814795To Apply for this Job Click Here
