Production Assistant

Our busy professional office is looking for an outstanding Production Assistant for the Brokerage Division. The qualified applicant will have experience in an office environment, exhibit excellent communication skills, a high degree of personal motivation, be detail oriented and able to multi-task. A college degree and/or experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required for an experienced applicant.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Assisting producers prepare proposals
• Customer Service (answering phones, general correspondence)
• Liaison between agents and underwriters to ensure proper flow of requests
• Finalize and maintain internal files
• Various Marketing and Accounting Functions
• Process and review insurance policies
• Specialized projects for different departments
• Serve as a back-up for other jobs as necessary
