Job Overview

As an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our brand strategies to ensure Beame's market presence continues to grow. Your responsibilities will include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing brand equity, and enhancing customer engagement. You will collaborate across teams to maintain brand consistency and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing brand marketing plans in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing manager to maintain a consistent brand message across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's core values.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends and evaluate competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with creative team to generate innovative ideas for promotional activities and advertising materials.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Ensure brand representation is consistent across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Assist in managing brand budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop engaging content for different platforms to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Facilitate training for internal teams to reinforce brand values and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding and consumer engagement.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience in the healthcare, dental or retail industry is a plus.
