Strong leadership and communication skills
Extensive enterprise SaaS experience in customer success and account management
Ability to think strategically and drive customer outcomes
Experience in defining and tracking KPIs for customer success
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with company goals
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise client organizations
Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and identify upselling opportunities
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing customer success team
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
