The role:

The Beauty Coach Expert is an Ambassador of the brand’s uniqueness. A key part of this role is educating customers on Clarins “unlimited” philosophy. Delivering excellent customer care, listening to & understanding customer concerns, even the non-expressed ones and building relationship based on trust are key to success in this role. Giving personalised beauty advice ensures that each customer feels valued and unique. The Beauty Coach Expert is the cornerstone of the team, mentoring the team and encouraging a pleasant and productive work environment. Individual set objectives are linked directly to the unlimited strategy and include actively participating in team goals, planning and executing counter events, maximizing new launches, establishing customer loyalty with repeat purchases and increasing market share by introducing new customers to the Brand.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the consultation and personalisation of the beauty ritual, listening to show a perfect understanding of customers’ needs in order to educate and influence customers.
  • Be best-in-class using touch techniques on the customers skin in order to provide the best diagnosis, demonstration and product recommendation.
  • Pro-actively expand new customer recruitment and regular customer retention.
  • Systematically collect, record and maintain accurate customer data information, observing confidentiality.
  • Master products & service knowledge, to be able to offer alternative and complimentary product.
  • Demonstrate employer advocacy through social media on a voluntary basis.
  • Lead by example to inspire, motivate and guide team to cultivate an environment built on brand values.
  • Deliver sales KPIs and proactively take actions to reach required goals.

You are:

You have:

  • 1+ years Beauty-related experience and/or Retail experience, (knowledge of Clarins products and/or other cosmetic brands experience advantageous.
  • English knowledge or an additional language.
  • A passion for Beauty (strong interest & curiosity about news, brands, competitors.)
  • A passion for Selling and enhancing our customers with great service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £26,625.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • beauty sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
