The full Pay Range is $111,000.00 - $206,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Additional details regarding BECU Benefits can be found here .IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:The Sr Manager Delivery Team Agile Execution is responsible for leading agile leaders on delivery teams, and brokering the alignment of people, process, and tools to successfully execute on delivery team initiatives by applying the use of Agility frameworks, practices, tools, and measures to effectively manage the delivery team efficiency. In conjunction with senior leadership, this role will proactively identify delivery program interdependencies and manage issue resolution for initiatives and business units. This role will collaborate with the director level on large scale program management.Work location: Remote work within TX, GA, WA, AZ, SC, OR and ID.WHAT YOU’LL DO:• Collaborate with Agile Leaders : Work closely with agile leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure clear priorities and efficient value delivery.• Partner with Leadership : Engage with leaders at all levels to identify and resolve impediments, manage dependencies, and align on constraints.• Oversee Daily Operations : Manage daily activities supporting Agile Leads and Delivery Teams, including the Portfolio Governance Committee (PGC) Delivery Team intake process.• Ensure Methodology Standards : Maintain alignment on value delivery measures, methodology standards, and best practices across the organization.• Define Scope and Resources : Scope team commitments, gather requirements, and establish budget and resource plans.• Reporting and Analysis : Produce insightful reports and analysis on delivery performance and value generation.• Act as a Change Agent : Advocate for Agile and Lean practices, influencing adoption across the organization.• Execute Complex Projects : Apply innovative solutions to complex projects, aligning with Agile methodologies.• Coach and Mentor : Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop and enhance employee performance, conducting timely evaluations.• Collaborate with Peers : Work with peer Directors to contribute to or expand agile program management capabilities.• Lead Agility CoE : Lead the Agility Center of Excellence (CoE) and support the Community for Enablement (C4E) with guidance and contributions.This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list.
