Product Designer

Position Purpose: As a Product Designer at Beeline, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centric designs that align with our business goals. Your expertise in Figma, UI design, process design, prototyping, and visual design will be essential in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.Responsibilities:• UI Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience across our products. Ensure consistency in design language and maintain a high standard of aesthetics.• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes using Figma to validate design concepts and gather feedback. Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback to achieve optimal user experiences.• Visual Design: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual design system that aligns with our brand identity. Create high-fidelity mockups and assets for development.• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Analyze user feedback and data to inform design improvements.• Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and component libraries, to ensure consistency across all products.Requirements:• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.• Figma Expertise: Proficient in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.• Design Skills: Strong skills in UI design, visual design, and process design. Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly in UI design and prototyping.• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
